Head Chat Moderator Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic chat room moderator or chat leader to take the position as Head Chat Moderator to manage our chat team, increase player loyalty and build our brand.
Key Requirements:
* Ability to work independently (from home) and to very flexible working hours
* Strong organisational skills and experience of managing a team
* Proven customer service skills
* Exceptional communication skills, inc. excellent written English, strong typing skills and computer literacy with access to email, MS Word and Excel.
* Extensive experience in a UK bingo chat room with sound knowledge of 90/75 Ball Bingo and bingo terminology
* Experience with bingo back office administration (further training will be provided)
* Must reside in the UK
* Must have a strong sense of creativity and imagination!
Key responsibilities:
The Head CM will be in charge of managing the chat team�s chat rota, training new chat moderators, monitoring and reporting on chat room and player activity, creating new chat games and promotions, developing the chat rooms to help build our bingo site into the best on the web.
The Head CM will be the main point of contact for all the chat moderators. A large proportion of the role will be moderating chat, welcoming players and ensuring they have a great experience on our site.
The Head CM would also be responsible for ensuring that communication channels are in place to enable all staff to understand and work towards our business targets.
The right candidate will also posses the ability to champion change and win the support of both the CM team and the players.
The role will be filled from home, so candidates must have a reliable high-speed home internet connection and personal computer but the successful candidate may be required to travel to our offices in London or to nationwide player events on infrequent occasion (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
Working hours:
The department operates on a 24/7 shift pattern working 40 hours per week, including weekends. You will also be expected to work on a bank and public holidays as required. A competitive salary plus bonus structure will be available to the successful candidate.
