Bingo
With Mothers Day Taking Place on Sunday the 14th march and St. Patrick’s day just around the corner on the 17th March, the obvious choice for me to look for great promotions is Paddy Power Bingo. Strangely enough, I found nothing about St. Paddy’s Day at the site yet, but they are obviously focusing on their Mum’s the Word Promotion for Mothers Day, so we shall wait and see.
This promotion is not exactly a free bingo promotion; it is open to qualifiers who deposit £10 on the day that they enter. They are giving away £100 a day, but there is no game per sé to play. Members have to write in and tell Paddy what they would like to do with £100 to treat their mum. There have already been some winners and Paddy Power has published the winning letters.
“ABBI_SHAM” is the latest winner of Mum’s The Word! She is still trying to drag her mammy into the 90′s let alone the noughties. If you mention PC, she thinks the police are coming; thinks a mouse is something only the neighbours get, and a keyboard is something to hang keys on. As her mother doesn’t get out much, they have bought her a computer, and she going to introduce her to Paddy Power Bingo on Sunday. Abbi has been delegated to teach her to use the PC and thinks she is going to need to buy a big bottle of wine with the £100!
Aw well Abbi, have fun, you will be surprised at how quickly she learns, once she realises she is going to be playing online bingo. I read about a woman who plays every day, and she is 89. So online bingo is definitely catching on with the older folk!
