Mecca Bingo Has Got Talent Too

by Penny Walker

About a year ago, Mecca Bingo struck up a partnership with Britain's Got Talent to sponsor their show, and they also launched Britain's Got Talent Bingo. Not to be out-done in the "talent" stakes, Mecca decided to organise their own talent show where the winner got to sing in front of a crowd at Wembley, received prize money and also received a VIP audition straight into Britain's Got Talent. Basically they didn't have to go through the entire slog of being one of hundreds of those hopefuls making auditions. The winner of Mecca's Got Talent 2011 has been announced already at the Doncaster Mecca club.

One would thereby assume that the competition is on once again, so check it out if you missed out last time around and be quick. This year the top Songstress in Doncaster landed a prize of a pair of tickets to the Britains Got Talent Live Tour 2011, and has secured her place in the semi finals for May 27th. If Tina is lucky enough to make it through the regional finals, she will be competing with other winners from Mecca Bingo clubs throughout the UK in the national finals event. This is scheduled to take place on July 16th at Mecca Bingo in the Midlands, with Lorraine Kelly as host. The winner will receive a 5,000 cash prize and contract for a year with entertainment agency, Stagepalm.

In the meantime Mecca Bingo online have been making big waves and their latest plans include the end of May Bank Holiday weekend. They have promised 175,000 worth of prizes over two days, and if you want to join this site they will give you up to 50 worth of free bingo money. Go on, you know you want to; do it before this bumper prize weekend and get in with a chance to win.
