Pigging out on sweet treats like chocolate on Valentines Day, or any day for that matter is fun, but let's face it, they are not all that good for us. According to a report on Tea and Bingo heart health experts recommend that you have a nice cup of tea instead. It is the prefect beverage, particularly if you are into herbal teas, because it a choc full of antioxidants.
Drinking a cup of tea won't leave you feeling as though you have eaten a horse and if you must eat chocolates, eat the dark kind because this is also full of antioxidants. So even if you aren't health conscious, you will benefit from a nice cuppa and a box of Black Magic. If you want more tea facts get them from the experts and read more of the news items available at Tea and Bingo.
Playing bingo is also good for your heart, especially if you win and today's specials at Tea and Bingo have some nice winnings up for grabs. At 6pm in Bing-o-rama there is a 2 500 prize and bingo tickets cost just 50p each. Then for 50p again in Bing-o-rama at 10:30pm the prize is a very juicy 4 000 (in pre-buy). There are also free bingo games taking place through the course of the day, so check out the bingo schedule to schedule your games.
Some more good news is that the Clover Rollover PJP has reached the massive amount of 1 391 958.60, so if it isn't won today, it will rollover to more than 1.4 million by tomorrow. Wow, I don't know how good for the heart winning that prize will be, I am sure if it was me I would probably have a heart attack, or at least feel like I was having one.
