Apparently noisy tea drinkers are now considered to be undesirables in the walled garden area at the back of this historic site. This used to be a favourite spot for people to stop and take a refreshment break, the council has banned this practice, citing that people stopping to slurp their favourite brew have become a disturbance. Don't they have anything better to do with their time I wonder, apparently the opposition council members felt he same and have said the move is "ridiculous". I am somewhat in agreement, are you?
